This office is immaculate, the girls behind the desk are very helpful and kind. The office manager put on a good act that she’s concerned, she’s all sweet and empathetic while she’s trying to get money out of you and she does a good job at it even if the money is not owed to her. I made an appointment with the Midtown office and was told I had to wait a few days so that they can verify my insurance, after two days I was given an appointment. I went in for my appointment, I sat and waited before I was told they couldn’t see me that day because my insurance wasn’t verified. I was confused and upset being I had no front tooth. They told me I could reschedule once they had the insurance information three days later, I finally was able to go in because my insurance was participating. I was given an estimated bill of what I would owe after my insurance settled and was told I had to pay, even though my insurance was in network, but I would be given a refund if anything was owed to me. When I received a bill for out of network, I was a little confused. I called my insurance company and was told just to have them resubmit my claim under the correct doctor. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Elliot and the entire team at Carolina’s Dentist. Dr. Elliot is incredibly welcoming, kind, and takes the time to make every visit comfortable and informative. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiling faces, and every staff member is friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and creating a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Elliot and the entire team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I was impressed. The doctor greeted and introduced herself and pointed down the hall to Taylor and said " Taylor is your hygienist". That's when all the fun started. The doctor gave me a dental introduction and then Taylor took over. She was excellent in all her explanations, skills, and very professional. We actually had a fun time. The exam went smooth and all good news. The x-rays went ok, even though I am a gagger, Taylor made the process tolerable. The cleaning was done with expertise and the needed medication was administered with ease. The doctor came in and performed the exam and said I had good teeth, that in itself was good to hear. We made the next appointment for 6 months, we said our goodbyes and I was off. HIGHLY recommend this dentist office for your dental needs. I am a very happy and satisfied patient.
